Introduction:

The first two ministries presented here will never change.  The rest of the list will grow as time goes on, so please keep checking in as we will always be trying new things and attempting to further spread the Gospel.  If you see a ministry that is listed but has no description, then that is something that we are still working on developing.  If you would like more information, or if there are any ministries listed here that you feel you can help with, please feel free to use the contact link and send us a comment.

I.  Life Ministry:

First off, each person's life is their own personal ministry.  When we sleep and when we wake up, how we talk to our family, how we drive, how we talk to others, how we work, how we play, how we love, how we forgive, who we are in everything that we do is constantly telling others about God.

Have I got your attention yet?  I hope so; because as a Christian, you belong to an elite corps of soldiers, you represent something much bigger than yourself and those around you.

Before we start to judge each other and the finger pointing begins, I want to cover a few verses from God's word.  Jesus tells us in Mathew 7:1-5, "Judge not, that ye be not judged.  For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.  And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?  Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?  Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye."  We are all sinners.

We are to be there for the correction of our brothers, but it must always be done in love.  If you can not correct a brother or sister in Christ with love in your heart, then seek guidance from a more mature Christian and let God do the work.

Living by example is always the most important thing that we can do.

II.  Support Ministry:

I want to start by saying that the second most important ministry that everyone has is to support those who are currently working in different positions within the Body of Christ and His church.  We all grow from the bottom up, never from the top down.  We must all become servants before God will ever use us as leaders.  Finally, we need to remember that the greatest leaders of the faith were also the greatest servants of all!

We support the church body by presenting ourselves as willing and able servants.  We also support other ministries by partnering with them in various ways.  Tithes and offerings aside, what we do to help one another accomplish the work of the Lord is always invaluable.  Never forget that the job that no one else wants to do will usually be the most rewarding.

If you feel that you have nothing to offer, then ask what you can do.  God has a purpose for all of us.  Never be discouraged that you can't do something and always be open to the guidance of those who care for you and your walk with Jesus Christ.

III.  QMinistry Website:

Ok, maybe this is a little bit redundant, but it is a part of my ministry.  I explain more on the about link, so please feel free to read our About QMinistry page to better understand why we are here.

Focus:  We desire to reach people across all boundaries by utilizing the World Wide Web as Covered in the Mission Statement.

Opportunity:  Christians must be opportunistic yet careful when it comes to spreading the Gospel.  We are always open to looking at ways to link with others on the World Wide Web; however, please ask for permission before doing so.  We like to review all of those that we link to and those who link to us.  Finally, there are many writings on this website that can be used to help others, I ask that you first let me know who you are and what your intentions are before you reproduce anything.  I am not here to make money, therefore, I do not charge for the use of the writings; but I will not blatantly allow this website and its contents to be misrepresented or misconstrued.

Timeframe:  24/7 and only a click away!!!

IV.  My Father's World:

What better way is there to experience God's creation than to get right into the middle of it?  We are working on providing an opportunity for children and adults alike to experience and be part of the world as God created it.

Focus:  This ministry will focus on our role as caretakers of God's creation and what we can do to better protect the future of land use while intertwining lessons of God throughout the entire experience.

Opportunity:  We will be providing the opportunity to learn about how to better defend the creation account in Genesis, how to see God through his handiwork, how to be ethical and moral harvesters of God's plants and animals, and how to practice minimum impact camping along with key survival and navigational skills.

Timeframe:  This ministry would take place over the course of a weekend or during the week for approximately two to three nights.  Although this ministry is ever changing and growing, and best suited for the warmer seasons; we will have the ability to combine some of its features and benefits with activities throughout the year.

One such activity would be during the harvesting of Christmas trees, a single day event filled with wonderful lessons and fellowship.  Christmas 2010 featured me hauling my entire family and a brother from the church up to the snow drifted mountain roads.  We couldn't quite make it to where the trees were so I made them walk a total of 3 miles through the deep snow!  Don't miss out on all of the fun.
