Simply put, a Mission Statement must be a succinct overview of why something exists. I want to live and present QMinistry within the same confines of this definition; so I will begin by using a well known thought, "The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing." To QMinistry, the "main thing" is found in Matthew 9:37-38 and Matthew 28:18-20.
Again, a Vision is a must when it comes to any Ministry. As Proverbs 29:18a states, "Where there is no vision, the people perish:..." It is vital that we keep ourselves focused on a solid vision in order to continue in a righteous and holy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. QMinistry also has a clear vision that we believe is applicable to all Christians so that they might not "perish".
QMinistry's Mission statement is: To present the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the fullness of the Word of God to the entire world, teach all nations, baptize believers in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and teach them to do the same; while following God's commands, keeping the the truth of the Bible intact, and remaining poised to combat the falsehoods of those who contort and pervert the scriptures.
QMinistry's Vision is tied to the second part of Proverbs 29:18 when it states, "but he that keepeth the law, happy is he." As Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of the law (Matthew 5:17); and as the law does not just disappear because of the Christian faith (Romans 3:31); then all Christians are to obey Jesus Christ and carry out His commandments. QMinistry believes that His greatest commandment and heart's desire is the Great Commission. Therefore, our vision is to produce, instruct, and send Christians who are wholly sold out to Christ, living upright and irreproachable lives, and reaching out to the lost and evangelizing "all nations". As the time of His returning draws nigh, this vision is of the utmost importance!
